We at More Than Bread realise that every client is unique, with their own requirements. We will discuss your needs then prepare a comprehensive proposal.
Once your booking is confirmed and you are satisfied with all arrangements, a copy of our Terms and Conditions will be forwarded to you for your signature and return to our office.
At that time, a deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost of your function may be required.
Our payment terms are seven days after the date of invoice, which will be issued after your event.
We accept payment by direct debit into our bank account, EFTPOS and credit card (Visa and MasterCard), cheque and cash.
Delivery fees:
The following delivery schedule applies (includes collection of platters the following day):
- Auckland City - $9.50 plus GST per delivery
- Manukau - $15.00 plus GST per delivery
- West Auckland - $20.00 plus GST per delivery
- North Shore - $20.00 plus GST per delivery
- For orders under $100.00 plus GST, a delivery surcharge of $10.00 plus GST applies.
Delivery method:
- We recommend cold food be refrigerated prior to consumption. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for food once it has been delivered.
- Warm items will be delivered on oven trays ready for heating in the oven, with garnished platters provided for service (unless otherwise arranged). All items will be fully cooked, so minimal reheating only will be required.
Platters / dishes will be collected the following working day, or by arrangement - if platters are unavailable for collection, and a second trip is required, an additional pick up fee may be charged.
Dietary requirements:
- Please contact us to discuss your special dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.
Weekend catering:
- A minimum of 10 guests are required for all weekend catering / functions.
